E Komo Mai to A Little Aloha

I was born in Hilo and raised on the Big Island of Hawai'i in a small sugar cane town called Pāhala. I lived in what many would consider and call 'paradise'.

But beneath the beauty, I witnessed the hidden impact of environmental stressors. They ranged from plantation chemicals, volcanic vog, heavy humidity, to mold. These many factors led to health issues for many in my community, including me. I experienced battles with chronic symptoms that left me exhausted and searching for answers. 

Most people don't know why they feel unwell. I didn't. It wasn't until I began removing everyday toxins, paying attention to my environment, and giving myself A Little Aloha that I fully experienced true healing.  

What started as a personal journey to heal my body, home, family, and spirit quickly became something greater. That's how God works!

As I made my own products free of harsh chemicals and synthetic fragrances, made with natural, organic ingredients, I felt the prompting to share my homemade creations. I gifted them to my family and friends for Christmas 2024.  

 The thankfulness and feedback I received were lovely:

"This healed my cuticles."
"You should start a business."
"We need more natural products like this."

The words ‘You should start a business’ really stayed with me. I took that encouragement to heart and began praying about my next steps. I invited a dear friend from my home church over. She had been one of my biggest encouragers and had experienced the benefits of my products firsthand. Like me, she shared a heart for natural healing, too!

Together, we launched A Little Aloha in April 2025 to meet a growing need for healthFULL products for our families and YOURS.  

This is more than a business. It's a lifestyle rooted in faith, healing, restoration, and wellness.

And we believe, with all our hearts, that a little aloha goes a long way.
